Building your dream home
is one of the most rewarding things you will ever do. At
dreamhouses.co.za, our goal is to do everything in our power to ensure
that you get exactly the
home plan you’ve been dreaming of. Our professional design staff will
modify this plan to your exact specifications.
OPTION 1
Contact us with
the
plan reference number and modification request.
We will send you a printable Plan Modification
Worksheet in Acrobat reader format that you can mark-up and email or fax
back to us.
Fill out and fax the Plan Modification Worksheet.
Our design experts will
review your request and send you a quote for the proposed changes within 1-3
business days, usually sooner.
Approve the modifications.
If you wish to proceed
after reviewing your modification quote, simply contact us to place your
order for the reproducible master or CAD file. At this time, we will
request a signed copy of the Plan Mod Worksheet along with your initial
payment of 50% of the total modification estimate.
Finalizing
After your final approval of the preliminary
modifications, your customized design will be completed within the time stated
in your modification quote. At that time, we will notify you that the remaining
50% fee are now due, and your plans are ready to send. You will then receive the
full set of drawings in either Acrobat reader or CAD format whichever you
require for printing purposes at your cost
OPTION 2
Buy the modifiable CAD-format plan from the library and have a professional
in your area do your required modifications to the purchased plan.
Please note that due to the web-based reduced
price service we offer, dreamhouses.co.za holds the right to resell the
modified plan set on our site as a stock plan. |
